Jenny

HEY I’M

Horses have always been a part of my life.

I grew up participating in 4-H, attended Johnson & Wales University, and rode on their IHSA equestrian team.

I’ve shown extensively on the East Coast mini circuit and at Worlds with Rain’s brothers, Two Sox and Sunny.  Affectionately called “the boys”, they have been my constant inspiration for continuing education and horsemanship.

My Story

It all started with a little Rain.  Rain, my heart horse, the first mini I purchased as a lively four-month-old gelding.  Now the patriarch of the herd, Rain always seemed a little “off”.  After multiple vet visits and consults, rehab led to more questions than answers.  With a diagnosis of a stifle injury for Rain, my journey and growing passion to become an equine rehab practitioner began.

Wanting the best for you and your equine partner, big or small, it is paramount to understand each horse's unique needs and integrating correct bodywork techniques.  Whether it’s being able to complete the perfect walk-trot pattern, soar over a course, or be the best stablemate in the barn, together we can enhance your horse’s comfort, health, and overall performance.

EACH HORSE IS AN INDIVIDUAL, WE NEED TO TREAT THEM LIKE ONE

I highly recommend Jenny! My gelding was in quite a bit of pain when we first met Jenny, and to put it mildly he was NOT a fan of being touched. Fast forward to sessions 2 and on and this horse can not wait for his turn when Jenny comes to the barn. She has helped him become his best, most comfortable self and I can’t thank her enough for her patience and skill!

My horse, Flash, had his first massage with Jenny last night - what a wonderful experience! He enjoyed every moment. Jenny is knowledgeable, professional, and truly has a way of communicating with horses and making them feel at ease. We look forward to our next visit!

I could not be any luckier to have Revitalizing Equine working on my mare. She’s been working on her for almost a year now, maybe a little more. The small amount of time I was not having her out as I was in a different location I could feel the difference in my horse. I made sure to get her back on Jenny’s schedule as soon as possible. She keeps her looking, feeling, and acting her best!!
